Design＆Development: We have a professional R&D team of over 18 people, with 22 national patents and a complete product development process. Under the analysis of Mold Flow, Mechanics, and High-Frequency, we ensure the efficiency and accuracy of products.

Premium Quality: The experimental center implements comprehensive test, such as electrical, mechanical, environmental performances, plating thickness and other connector basic examination. 

Highly Automation: In the production workshop, there are 50 sets of automated assembly equipment, equipped with CCD fully automatic detectors and automatic packaging. The monthly production capacity of connectors can reach up to 10-15KK.

Precision Injection Mold: In the injection molding workshop, there are 12 TOYO-50 ton injection molding machines imported from Japan, which can meet the production of various types of connectors and ensure the quality and stability of products. 

Mold Processing: There are a total of 11 equipment in machining center, such as precision discharge machines, precision grinding machines, milling machines, and others. It can process more than 2 sets of stamping and plastic mold per month, with a maximum machining accuracy of 0.002mm.
